Veteran-owned Vinaco Precision Machining, LLC. was established in 1986 by Hung Le to meet the highly complex and precision machining requirements of the Aerospace and Defense industries. For over 27 years, VPM has successfully served the Aerospace, Government and Defense, Telecommunications, Power and Alternative Energy, and Commercial industries with highly complex precision machining services. As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev. D certified CNC precision machine shop, VPM specializes in manufacturing low to high volume complex precision machined parts that meet client requirements.
President, Hung Le, has over 35 years of experience in the machining industry alone, starting as an apprentice machinist during the late 1970′s. During this time, he realized that there was a major shift in CNC machining as shops were given more responsibilities from prime contractors. This increased complexion of processes allowed him the opportunity to step into management and ultimately to the opening of his own company. His leadership over the years has allowed VPM to become an industry leader in innovation and quality precision machining services.
During his free time, Hung enjoys the art of ballroom dancing and volunteers as a dancing instructor. He frequently competes in ballroom dancing competitions and his team finished second during the Royal Dance Classic in 20
As our Army Veteran Vice President, Danny Le has over 14 years of experience in the machining industry, driving all aspects of operations, management, marketing, business development, and sales. He previously worked at VPM prior to his service in the Army, where he served as a Sergeant and Team Leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He returned to VPM in 2008 serving as a business consultant and took over as VP of Operations in December of 2012.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is currently finishing his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and hopes to pursue a Masters of Business Administration in Operations and Strategic Management.
He also dedicates his time managing a non-profit business consulting organization, Bruin Consulting, which focuses on building value for community organizations by providing innovative, yet tangible solutions that lead to optimized decision making and increased productivity.
When not at work, Danny frequently participates in recreational sports and coaches his son’s basketball team. He also enjoys traveling abroad and sampling authentic cuisines.
