Standards
VPM manufactures high quality precision components using the latest machining technologies. Our facility is fully climate controlled so that parts are manufactured accurately and efficiently meeting tight tolerances and strict specifications. We have frequently machined parts with a true position of .001 and hold tolerances of +/- .0005. We also have capabilities of holding tight tolerances of +/-.0001.
Our turning capabilities range from turning diameters of 1/4″ to 10” and milling up to 38”x 18.” Our extensive list of equipment is comprised of CNC Vertical Milling Centers with Auto Pallet Changer and CNC Lathe with Auto Bar Feeder as well as inclusive supportive equipment to provide a complete high quality part.
VPM can also accommodate a variety of secondary services such as anodizing, plating, heat treating, grinding, etc.
Continuous Improvement
We are currently in the process of increasing our manufacturing capacity with the addition of new equipment and technologies allowing us to better serve our customers. A complete “Equipment List” is available upon request.

In order to provide our customers with the highest quality of products, VPM uses only ISO 9001:2015 certified suppliers and/or those approved by our customers. We also work with NADCAP approved sources.
